Suzue Aoyama is a Patissier, Chocolatier and Food Consultant. Born and brought up in Osaka, Japan. Suzue moved to the UK in 1995 to study Culinary Art at Le Cordon Bleu in London. She started her career at Claridge's as an apprentice chef. In 1999 she became a Pastry Chef at The Savoy, London and was in charge of tea pastry. In 2000, she won Gold award in afternoon tea pastry, Salon Culinaire, London as the first Japanese. In 2004, as a co-founder of 'William Curley', she and William opened their first chocolate boutique in Richmond. In late 2016, she set up her own business which provides workshops and produces occasional entremet.
